OUR TEAM
Established in Wellington in 1995, CommunityWorks is owned and led by a mother-daughter partnership, Carolyn and Lilia Santiago. Carolyn coordinates most of CommunityWorks' projects. Lilia works on a part-time basis (around another full-time job) and looks after logistical arrangements, accounts and office administration.
Carolyn and Lilia are ably supported by a team of excellent grant writers, researchers and project assistants.
